Unit 9

This unit is a fully furnished studio/efficiency. It has two single beds, a futon sofa with a small coffee table, and a small dining table with two chairs and a private bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). It has a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave and coffee maker. All dishes, pots and pans, towels and linens are provided (not Beach/Pool towels). A quiet mini-split AC will keep you cool at all times.� Smart TV and 100 MB WiFi. The studio has a front porch with two chairs and a small table. It has a small front yard with tropical plants and has its own gas-BBQ grill and picnic table with a large umbrella for shade.
